Some issues with the carpet being wet. Toilet didn't flush properly. Maintenance responded quickly for the carpet, but front desk didn't seem worried about the smell that remained and didn't offer to change our room. Coffee maker in lobby was broken and coffee supplies in the room weren't great. We were able to do a pre-check in so we could get a parking pass to be able to park in lot to go to the beach.

"The front desk agent didn’t even greet us this morning when we were leaving. She could’ve said thank you for staying with us but she kept her head down the entire time. The room smelled like urine or stale mildew"

"The room was not ready even though I had reserved it almost a month earlier and had already been charged for it. The furniture in the room is peeling in the corners and I had gnats in my room. The one thing that worked really well was the air conditioner. The airplanes are also very noisy."
